Sponsor agreement

The rules for sponsoring 3d-lithophane.com, in plain words. By applying, you say you are happy with them.

1. What you pay

  • $20 a month, or $180 a year, paid in advance.
  • You pay only once your sponsor page is ready to go live. We send you a payment link.
  • Monthly: stop any time. Your page comes down at the end of the month you paid for.

2. What you get

  • A sponsor page with your logo, a short bio (about 150 words) and up to 10 of your designs, with photos, a description and print settings.
  • Links to your website, your shop and up to 3 social pages, and a contact form for visitors.
  • A "Sponsor" badge on your designs in the members' gallery.
  • A newsletter mention when you join, then about every 3 months, and a turn in the "Our sponsors" spot.
  • Your discount code for our members, if you give one.
  • Every 3 months, a short report of how many people saw your page and clicked your links.

3. What you show

  • Only your own original work. No characters, brands or logos that belong to someone else.
  • Nothing unsafe or illegal, such as weapons or parts for them, and nothing that breaks the site's terms.
  • No "best" or "cheapest" claims, no pop-ups, tracking scripts or affiliate links to other shops.
  • Keep your details correct, and tell us when something changes.

4. Working together, not against each other

  • No links to other online lithophane, 3D design or 3D print tool websites or apps, your own included.
  • You never get our members' email addresses or other details, and you don't message members directly. Visitors reach you through the form on your page, and then it's between you and them.
  • Free models you share are downloaded on 3d-lithophane.com. Paid models can link to your shop.
  • We keep a limit of sponsors per type of business (for example, two filament brands), so your place stays worth it.
  • If you show a "Partner of 3d-lithophane.com" badge or link, or give our members a discount, thank you: it is what makes this a partnership.

5. Your designs stay yours

  • You keep every right to your designs. You allow us to show them, and to offer your free models for download under the licence you choose, while you are a sponsor.
  • When you stop, we take your page and designs down within 7 days. Copies members already downloaded stay with them under that licence.

6. We check everything first

  • We look at everything before it goes on the site, and we may shorten text to fit.
  • We may remove anything that breaks these rules. If it is serious, or keeps happening, we end the sponsorship and refund any full months not used.
  • Your page and your designs are clearly marked "Sponsor", so visitors know.

7. Separate from memberships

  • Sponsoring is separate from the Supporter and Supporter Plus memberships. It doesn't include one, and a membership doesn't include a sponsor page.
