Halloween Lantern

Six of your Halloween photos round an LED tea light — pumpkins, costumes, black cats — glowing orange in the dark.

Carved pumpkins, the family in costume, a black cat, a spooky house. One photo per side; fewer photos repeat round the lantern.

Making it spooky
  • Dark, contrasty photos look best lit from inside: a pumpkin carving at night, a costume against a plain wall. Optimise a dull photo in the image editor first.
  • Print it in white PLA, 100% infill, 0.1–0.2 mm layers, standing upright. Don't print it orange: white shows far more detail.
  • Light it with an orange or flickering LED tea light. Never a real candle — PLA softens at about 60 °C.
  • Want a lid or a stand? Lid / Base makes one to fit. Any other number of sides, or no frames: the lantern maker has every option.
