The service

The site converts photos into printable lithophane STL files and provides an in-browser 3D designer. Core features are free with daily fair-use limits. The Supporter subscription unlocks the AI model generator and removes the daily lithophane cap.

Accounts

Register with accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see fair use below).

Supporter subscription

Billed monthly at the price shown on the Supporter page, via our payment provider and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy — they are the seller of record and handle VAT/sales tax.
It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancel anytime in one click via "Manage subscription" — you keep Supporter access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees, no questions.
Prices may change for future billing periods; you'll always see the current price before it applies, and you can cancel first.

Refund policy

If something didn't work or you're simply not happy, email contact@3d-lithophane.com within 14 days of any subscription charge and we'll refund that payment in full — no interrogation. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Voluntary donations (PayPal / WeChat) are gifts and generally aren't refundable, but if you made a genuine mistake, write to us and we'll sort it out.

Your content and your models

Your photos and designs remain yours. STL files you generate are yours to use, including commercially.
Only upload or design content you have the right to use, and nothing illegal or hateful.
If you mark a design public, you give us permission to display it in the gallery until you unshare or delete it.

Fair use

Don't attempt to bypass daily limits, share accounts to pool quotas, scrape the site, resell access, or use the AI generator for anything other than generating 3D designs. Each AI call costs real money — abuse is the one thing that can sink a free tool like this.

No warranties, sensible liability

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose — it's a passion project, not an enterprise SLA. Always check generated models before printing; print results depend on your printer, materials, and settings, which we can't control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes & contact
