In this Part 1, we print the lithophane and the frame, then assemble it with an LED panel. We start on the 3d-Lithophane website, generate a Flat Lithophane STL, then head to Explore , then Downloads to grab the matching frame file. Once both are printed, we slide in a 120x156mm LED panel, test it with a USB 5v charger, glue everything in place, and test again to make sure it's all working.
