Cut the filament and time a model needs. Load an STL, set its final size, and choose a style: a hollow shell with an optional drain hole, a perforated shell with round holes, a hex frame, a gyroid, Schwarz-P or diamond lattice inside, or a wireframe of struts and joints.
Preview the result in 3D and download it as a new STL. Your original model is never uploaded: the conversion runs in your browser.
Load the model, choose Hollow shell, set a wall thickness of about 1.2 to 2 mm, and download it. Add a drain hole for resin or SLS printing so trapped material can escape.

It depends on your slicer settings, because infill already leaves an FDM print mostly empty inside, so compare the two in your slicer. Hollowing always matters for resin and SLS, and the perforated, hex frame and wireframe styles change the look as well as the weight.
